RAC Arena strives to deliver memorable moments to each and every person who enters our venue. Our star line-up of staff achieves our vision by delivering a superior experience in a world-class facility. 

Working behind the scenes, our Technical Operations team plays an important part of constructing the main arena and function spaces into various entertainment modes.

From a live concert to a sporting tournament, the team performs tasks such as setting up of the staging and infrastructure, sports flooring, timing equipment and minor AV.

If you are an individual looking for a diverse role or an avenue into the industry, this is a great place to gain valuable experience.

To be successful in these roles, ideally, you would have:

• Experience in a physically intensive role
• Knowledge of staging systems, sporting layouts and function operations is desirable
• High-Risksk license -in Rigging (RB or better), Forklift and/or Elevated Work Platform is desirable
• Ability to work independently in a large team environment
• Availability to work casual employment around the events schedule, in particular evenings and overnight on weekends.
