RETAIL CATERING MANAGER 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced F&B Manager to coordinate our retail catering operations, including bars, concessions and lounges. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality, customer service, and driving revenue.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure guests have a fantastic experience through effective outlet management and staffing.
• Plan and profile events to boost spending.
• Training, coaching and counselling of staff on correct processes and procedures.
• Manage inventory effectively and analyse sales trends
• Ensure all operations comply with relevant legislation and safety standards.

About You

• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proven 3 years’ experience in hospitality/event management, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software.
