As part of the Event Department, Security and Carpark team members manage the underground parking facilities which offers over 660 bays to event patrons and to the general public to utilise on a daily basis.
Reporting directly to the Security and Car Park Manager, this role is required to assist with the efficient daily management of the car park operations.
About the role
- Assist with the efficient daily operations of the car park during event and also on non-event, business days.
- Ensure the presentation of entire car park and car park office is to a high standard.
- Assist with all pass card arrangements, car park signage, equipment and repairs.
- Assist in emergency situations.
- Confident computer skills including sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
About You
- Provide customer service to patrons with parking related queries.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, but more importantly a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Be client and customer service focused with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Have the ability to work in both an autonomous and a team-oriented environment.
- The ability to work on a 24/7 roster around events and business operations.
